星巴克韩国公司周五表示，将主动召回去年年底作为促销赠品发放的超过 39 万台加湿器。此前有报告称这些加湿器因电池过热而引发火灾。
星巴克韩国公司在一份新闻稿中称，此次召回涉及在 10 月 30 日至 12 月 31 日期间通过该公司冬季“e-频率”促销活动发放的 393548 台加湿器。
该公司表示：“对于给客户带来的任何不便，我们深表歉意。我们将迅速、彻底地执行召回程序，将客户安全放在首位。”
星巴克韩国分公司要求顾客立即停止使用相关产品。
该公司表示，退回除湿器的顾客将获得一张价值 3 万韩元（约合 20 美元）的星巴克移动卡，并且从下周一开始，还将提供通过其移动应用程序进行包裹取件的服务。
截至 2025 年 10 月，星巴克在韩国运营着 2076 家门店。
