Aedge Unit Sets Up Joint Venture to Broaden Network

Aedge's (SGX:XVG) unit, Aedge Technologies, signed a deal with S&P Manpower and BSC Projects to establish a joint venture company in Singapore to broaden its engineering and construction services ecosystem, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The joint venture, named ASP E&C, will focus on the provision of engineering, construction and related support services across construction, marine and process-related sectors.

Aedge Technologies will hold a 51% stake in the joint venture, while S&P and BSC will own 44% and 5%, respectively.
