欧洲芯片制造商意法半导体第四季度销售额实现增长，因客户加大了对个人电子产品、通信设备、计算机外设及工业机械所需芯片的采购，不过来自汽车行业的半导体需求复苏仍显乏力。公司公布的季度销售额为33.3亿美元，在经历数个季度下滑后重回同比增长轨道，增幅0.2%。尽管整体表现有所改善，首席执行官ean-Marc Chery表示，公司面向汽车客户的业务表现低于预期，显示这一关键终端市场的需求依然疲弱。意法半导体的汽车客户包括特斯拉、现代汽车、德国零部件供应商大陆集团以及以色列的Mobileye。对于第一季度，公司预计营收约为30.4亿美元，高于去年同期的25.2亿美元，显示销售状况有望持续改善。毛利率预计约为33.7%，略高于去年同期的33.4%。
