智通财经APP讯，金源氢化(02502)发布公告，汪开保先生已辞任非执行董事，临时股东大会结束时生效。汪开保先生辞任生效后，其亦已不再担任公司董事会副主席、公司审计委员会成员及公司战略委员会主席。徐风雷先生已获选举为非执行董事，任期自紧随临时股东大会结束后直至董事会本届任期届满为止。
自2026年1月30日起：徐风雷先生获委任为董事会副主席;公司审计委员会由黄欣琪女士担任主席，徐风雷先生及邸志岗先生担任成员;公司战略委员会由徐风雷先生担任主席，王增光先生及王利杰先生担任成员。
股东代表监事吴志强先生已辞任公司的股东代表监事，自临时股东大会结束时生效。
周峰先生已获选举为监事，任期自紧随临时股东大会结束后直至监事会本届任期届满为止。
