日前，云南省公共资源交易信息网发布《官渡区国贸片区配套学校新建工程和官渡区金马片区二环路侧配套学校新建工程勘察施工图设计及施工总承包（EPC）》招标计划。根据计划，项目总投资金额22373.47万元。

官渡区国贸片区配套学校新建工程

位于昆明市官渡区关上街道办事处，东临海明路、南临规划道路、西临春城路、北临关兴路。

项目总建筑面积为28248.38平方米，其中地上建筑面积20839.94平方米，地下建筑面积7408.44平方米。主要建设内容包括初中部教学楼、小学部教学楼、综合楼、门卫室、地下车库及室外附属设施、设备等。

官渡区金马片区二环路侧配套学校新建工程

位于昆明市官渡区金马街道办事处，东临太平路、南临东风东路、西临规划支路、北临规划次干路。

项目总建筑面积11899.91平方米，其中地上建筑面积7758.31平方米，地下建筑面积4141.6平方米。主要建设内容包括教学楼、门卫、地下车库。

两个项目实施后，将优化区域教育资源配置结构，提升教育资源供给质量。
