智通财经APP讯，JBB BUILDERS(01903)公布，于2026年1月29日，该公司拟向厦门见福连锁管理有限公司收购成都市见福便利店管理有限公司100%股权权益，总代价为人民币1.2亿元。
目标公司于中国四川省经营便利店业务，拥有广泛的上游供应商网络(包括但不限于餐饮及日用百货)及下游终端客户。目标公司于成都亦设有自身的行政办公室，相较卖方的其他附属公司，目标公司在营运上较独立及完整。目标公司旗下有65间直营店及30间特许经营店。公司认为收购事项将是一个相对成熟且合适的投资机会，尝试经营便利店业务，同时亦将凭借其现有网络、店铺位置及供应链资源，为进军新便利店业务提供更便捷的途径。因此，公司可依赖上述完善体系所提供的全面持续支援，并在完成后实现集团收入来源多元化。
