Worley (ASX:WOR) secures a five-year framework agreement with Equinor Energy to provide support for selected oil and gas facilities on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

The agreement is expected to support the company in providing offshore maintenance, installation, and modification activities at selected installations, including the Sleipner and Johan Sverdrup facilities, per the filing.

The agreement will start in May and includes options to extend, the filing added.
