智通财经APP讯，汇舸环保(02613)发布公告，截至2025年12月31日止年度，集团预计将取得约人民币1800万元至人民币2600万元的净溢利，而截至2024年12月31日止年度的净溢利约为人民币1.203亿元。净溢利下滑主要归因于：地缘政治紧张局势叠加关税波动对中国船舶制造业及航运业的影响;及2025年签订的许多新订单均属长周期项目，致相关订单尚未履行完毕，故相应收入未能在报告期内确认。
尽管面临这些挑战，公司仍积极采取战略举措，以减轻不利影响，包括加速拓展新市场，并加快针对潜在需求的新产品开发与合作。
