Geotechnical engineering specialist CSC (SGX:C06) is targeting to raise between SG$2 million and SG$3 million through the issuance of commercial paper in digital securities on the SDAX platform, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The sixth series of the offering is priced at an interest rate of 4.5% per year and will mature around six months from the date of issuance.
