Philippines' PPI for Manufacturing Edges Up in December 2025

The Philippines' producer price index (PPI) for manufacturing rose 0.9% year on year in December 2025, quicker than the 0.1% increase in the previous month, data from the Philippine Statistics Authority showed Friday.
In December 2024, the index fell 0.1%.
The faster growth was driven mainly by a 1.4% rise in the manufacture of computer, electronic and optical products industry division, reversing a 0.6% decline in November 2025.
Monthly, the PPI climbed 0.24% in December from 0.19% in November, the data showed.
