智通财经APP讯，海丰国际(01308)发布公告，于2026年1月30日，公司的全资附属公司海丰船东有限公司(海丰船东，SITC Shipowning Group Company Limited)行使与造船商黄海造船有限公司所订立第七份造船合约及第八份造船合约项下建造两艘船舶的期权，最高总代价为7636万美元(相等于5.99亿港元)，惟视乎船舶的最终规格而定。
根据造船合约建造船舶将使集团可扩充其自有集装箱船队，以满足对集团运营需求的增长。鉴于船舶代价乃参考董事所厘定在公开市场上建造类似规模新船舶的市价经公平磋商后厘定，董事认为，建造船舶的条款属公平合理，并符合公司及股东的整体利益。
