Australia's Nine to buy QMS for $599 million, sell radio assets in pivot to digital growth

Jan 30 (Reuters) - Australia's Nine Entertainment NEC.AX said on Friday it will buy digital outdoor media group QMS for A$850 million ($599.08 million) while selling its radio arm and shifting regional TV to an affiliate, accelerating a pivot to higher-growth digital assets.
