于2026年1月30日(星期五)下午四时正，内资股要约已接获涉及合共约351.25万股内资股(已接纳内资股)的有效接纳，分别占于本公告日期已发行内资股及已发行股份总数约1.43%及0.74%。
紧随该等要约截止后，并计及就合共351.25万股内资股及5417.01万股H股的有效接纳，该等要约人及该等要约人一致行动人士将持有、控制或指示2.46亿股内资股(占已发行内资股的100%)及5417.01万股H股(占已发行H股的约23.87%)(该2.46亿股内资股及54,170,087股H股合共占已发行股份总数约63.50%)。
