Fleetwood (ASX:FWD) appointed Andrea Pidcock as chief executive, effective Feb. 2, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Executive Chairman John Klepec, who assumed CEO responsibilities since November 2025, will return to his role as non-executive director and chair when Pidcock takes over, the filing added.
