1月29日10时许，在上海外高桥海通码头，液化天然气（LNG）加注船“海港未来”号搭靠利比里亚籍“黄河口”滚装轮，在上海边检总站外高桥边检站的保障下，将在接下来的10余小时完成约2200立方米LNG加注作业任务，标志着上海外高桥港2026年首单LNG加注业务落地。

相较于传统油料船舶，以LNG作为船舶动力燃料，可显著减少二氧化碳、硫氧化物等污染物排放，对推动航运业落实“双碳”目标、加快绿色低碳转型具有重要意义。

为保障此次加注作业顺利进行，外高桥边检站量身定制“一船一策”服务保障方案，加强与港区、代理、作业单位等联系，提前为“黄河口”滚装轮办妥入境边防检查手续，为“海港未来”号签发搭靠外轮许可证，减少船舶靠泊、作业等待时间。同时，增加码头巡查频次，加强船舶在港期间管理和口岸限定区域管理，为船舶提供安全作业条件。

下一步，外高桥边检站将继续支持上海港绿色燃料加注业务，为各类能源加注作业提供上下外轮和搭靠外轮便利，为绿色航运发展提供移民管理支撑，持续赋能上海国际航运中心建设。
