【大河财立方消息】1月30日，中指研究院发布2026年1月全国房地产企业拿地TOP100排行榜。

　　其中，越秀地产拿地金额排名第一，为26亿元；江苏宿迁洪创投资发展集团拿地面积排名第一，为69万平方米。中指研究院指出，重点房企拿地总额同比下降52.1%，高基数下拿地规模下滑。
