智通财经APP讯，高地股份(01676)发布公告，于2026年1月30日，本公司与中国数智科技集团有限公司(中国数智)订立了一项非法律约束合作备忘录。
根据合作备忘录，双方同意共同成立一间项目公司，以专责营运合作业务。中国数智将提供以下领域的技术服务：为客户开发公共区块链、电子钱包、区块链浏览器及加密货币交易平台;及提供有关取得加密货币交易所牌照的咨询服务。
本集团主要在中国从事食品销售以及提供餐饮服务。本集团正在积极发展区块链技术等领域的业务，并探索创新举措去提升竞争力及股东价值。董事会认为，数字货币领域正处于快速发展阶段，且将数字╱虚拟货币与金融科技结合，符合全球金融市场的创新趋势。探索潜在投资机遇与本集团探索数码商业机遇、促进业务多元化的战略方向相一致。
