GoFintech Quantum Innovation (HKG:0290) has further extended the deadline for its proposed share subscription, marking the seventh extension to the transaction, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The company said it has agreed with subscribers to push the deadline date to Feb. 20 from Jan. 29, citing the need for additional time to fulfill conditions precedent.
