智通财经APP讯，富士高实业(00927)发布公告，配售协议的所有条件已获达成，配售代理已配售合共8516.6万股配售股份。完成于2026年1月30日作实。根据配售协议的条款及条件，配售股份已按每股配售股份0.54港元的配售价格配发及发行予不少于六名承配人，占紧随完成后本公司经配发及发行配售股份后扩大的已发行股本约16.67%。
配售事项的所得款项净额约为4419万港元。本公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额动用如下：约45%(相当于约1988万港元)用于本集团戴咪耳机及音响耳机业务的现有业务营运及潜在扩充，包括购买机械及设备，以及翻新及扩充本集团印尼厂房的厂房;约35%(相当于约1547万港元)用于本集团配件及零件业务的现有业务营运及潜在扩充，包括购买机械及设备以及翻新厂房;及余额约20%(相当于约884万港元)用作本集团的营运资金，包括支付雇员支出、租金付款、一般行政支出、法律及专业支出，预期所有款项将于2027年3月31日前悉数动用。
