消息面上，电子烟出口退税政策近日出现重大调整。国投证券国际认为，此次调整将对电子烟制造行业带来较大影响，将会带来行业的一轮新的洗牌，与头部品牌绑定较深的思摩尔虽然短期业绩会受到退税政策影响，但是长期来看其地位将会进一步巩固。退税优惠退坡也有利于行业逐渐走出价格战的泥潭。
华福证券则表示，随着国际烟草龙头HNB产品登陆主流市场，公司相关新型烟草产品在新区域的销售有望贡献增量；英国等欧洲地区有望向盈利能力更强的换弹式、开放式切换；全球特别是美国电子烟执法力度显著加强，合规产品份额恢复空间显著。
