** Shares of enterprise software maker ServiceNow NOW.N are down 1% to $130.38 ahead of its quarterly earnings result due after markets close on Wednesday

** Wall Street analysts expect 19% jump in NOW's revenue to $3.5 bln, helped by subscription revenue growth as well as 20% rise in adjusted EPS to 88 cents

** NOW's revenue and adjusted EPS have exceeded analysts' expectations over the last 8 quarters

** NOW reached a $7.75 bln deal to buy cybersecurity startup Armis, as it looks to attract new customers amid growing risks of cyberattacks
