GBM Resources (ASX:GBM) said stage one drilling at the 309 deposit, within the Twin Hills gold project in Queensland, intersected high-grade mineralization over 100 meters outside of the existing mineral resource estimate, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

It encountered an intercept of 37 meters at 5 grams per tonne grade of gold from 225 meters.

The stage one drilling results provided structural information and vectors for targeting deeper "feeder zone" mineralization below the existing mineral resource estimate.
