Silver Mines to Refresh Ecological Surveys at New South Wales Project

Silver Mines (ASX:SVL) said that it has chosen to refresh its ecological surveys and provide an updated biodiversity assessment at its Bowdens silver project in New South Wales, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
This will be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the in accordance with the requirements of the Biodiversity and Conservation Act of 2016, the filing said.
The surveys are set to be completed early this year, and the updated biodiversity assessment will be submitted to the NSW Department of Planning, Housing, and Infrastructure by the middle of the year, the filing added.
Shares of the company fell 2% in recent Thursday trade.
