智通财经APP获悉，巴西数字银行AGI (Agibank)周四公布了其首次公开募股(IPO)条款。该公司计划以每股15-18美元的价格发行4360万股股票，筹资7.2亿美元。按拟议发行价区间中点计算，该公司市值将达到30亿美元。该公司计划在纽约证券交易所上市，股票代码为“AGBK”。
AGI成立于1999年，是巴西一家以科技驱动的专业金融服务提供商，其核心业务为基于社保福利担保的贷款。截至2025年9月30日，该行通过遍布723个城市的1,101个无纸化、无现金的轻资产智能网点，为640万活跃客户提供服务。除个人贷款和垫款外，AGI亦提供固定收益证券及同业机构贷款。值得关注的是，2025年巴西社会保障机构曾因合同违规、经营不合规及特定商业操作问题，对该公司实施两次临时业务暂停。数据显示，该公司在截至2025年9月30日的12个月内营收为10亿美元。
