粤港湾控股（01396）早盘高开，股价上涨7.54%，现报6.85港元，成交额1062.006万港元。
2025年12月，粤港湾控股宣布配股融资1.08亿元，将约70%拟用于交付AI算力云服务项目。而早在去年10月份，该公司以9.77亿港元完成了对天顿数据收购，天顿数据是中国第一梯队智算建设运营商，已积累的近200家企业客户中，其中不乏大型云服务商与头部AI公司。此外，公司日前宣布粤港湾控股（天顿数据）成为 AI Agent 2025 全球智能体生态峰会官方战略合作伙伴。
据悉，粤港湾控股2025年中期业绩显示，上半年归母净利润从2024年同期的亏损10.28亿元，一举扭亏为盈至9.7亿元。公开资料显示，2025年5月7日，粤港湾控股以98.33%的高票通过率完成4.4亿美元的债转股方案，成为首家几乎全部出清境外美元债的内房股企业。
