Hilltop Holdings raised its quarterly dividend by 11% to 20 cents per share, up from 18 cents per share.
The new payout, equal to 80 cents a year, represents an annual yield of about 2.2% based on Thursday's closing price of $36.80.
The dividend is payable on Feb. 27 to stockholders of record as of close of business on Feb. 13, the banking services company said Thursday.
