ChainCatcher 消息，以太坊财库公司 Bit Digital（纳斯达克：BTBT） 宣布，计划全面停止比特币挖矿业务，转而加码以太坊基础设施、质押与高性能计算（HPC/AI） 战略。
CEO Sam Tabar 在致股东信中表示，随着市场变化，挖矿已不再是资本效率最高的选择，公司将数字资产敞口集中至以太坊，并通过控股 WhiteFiber 强化 AI 基础设施布局，以实现可运营、可变现、可复利的长期增长。
Bit Digital 自 2020 年进入比特币挖矿领域，并于 2022 年以太坊转向 PoS 前后开始 ETH 累积与质押。公司自 2023 年起率先布局 HPC/AI，并在 2025 年中明确向“纯以太坊金库与质押”转型，逐步出售矿机、终止托管合同、淘汰旧设备。其 AI 子公司 WhiteFiber 已于去年完成 IPO，Bit Digital 目前持有约 2,700 万股。
