路透社1月30日 - 彭博新闻周五援引知情人士消息报导称，中国正考虑发行数千亿元人民币的专项债，用于向部分大型保险公司注资，以增强在行业整合压力下的主要保险商实力。报导称，此次发债将筹集约2,000亿元人民币（288亿美元）用于向保险公司注资，所筹资金将注入中国人寿保险集团601628.SS、中国人民保险集团 601319.SS和中国太平保险集团 0966.HK 等国有控股企业。中国人寿、中国人保及中国太平均未立即回应路透的置评请求。路透暂时未能核实该报道。据报道，其中一位知情人士称，注资计划最早可能在本季度公布。这将是中国首次使用专项债券支持保险公司，扩展了此前仅用于国有银行的融资工具。该举措既能帮助去年股市动荡期间被要求支撑市场的保险公司，又能让它们未来更好地协助监管机构管理规模较小、风险较高的保险公司。(完)
