智通财经APP获悉，据港交所1月30日披露，卡奥斯物联科技股份有限公司(简称：卡奥斯)向港交所主板递交上市申请，中金公司、汇丰为其联席保荐人。招股书显示，卡奥斯是中国领先的工业数智化产品与解决方案服务商，致力于通过人工智能、物联网、大数据等先进技术与工业的深度融合，推动制造业高质量发展。公司自主研发了COSMOPlat工业互联网平台，搭建了工业智能软件与智能体应用、工业操作系统与工业大脑、物联系统与边缘计算深度融合的技术架构，向企业提供端云一体的数据智能和物联网产品及解决方案，助力企业实现数智化转型。公司历史可追溯至2017年4月，当时以海尔工业控股有限公司的名称在中国成立为一间有限责任公司，为海尔集团成员公司。
