智通财经APP讯，基地锦标集团(08460)发布公告，2026年1月陈皮及白酒销售业务取得销售额约人民币1100万元，环比上升超200%。鉴于集团于2025年同期尚未开展陈皮相关业务的销售，有关期间的业绩表现不仅标志着集团于相关新兴业务领域实现“零的突破”，亦初步反映相关产品及商业模式具备市场接受度，为集团后续有序拓展相关业务奠定基础。
董事会认为，有关销售表现主要受惠于集团近期积极推行的战略转型措施，相关转型方向已于有关期间内初步转化为实际业务成果。于2026年1月5日，公司分别与贵州大唐丞天下酒业有限公司及江门市图佳陈皮食品有限公司订立了战略合作协议，透过优势互补与资源共享，积极推动白酒及农业(陈皮)的“双核发展”策略。
集团将继续围绕陈皮及白酒相关产业，在审慎风险管理的前提下，有序推进产品标准化、品牌建设及渠道建设，并透过深化产业协同及优化资源配置，以支持业务的可持续及中长期发展。
