智通财经APP讯，新质数字(02322)发布公告，蔡本立先生已提出辞任本公司联席公司秘书、香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条项下的本公司授权代表及香港法例第622章《公司条例》第16部项下的本公司授权代表，自2026年1月31日起生效。于蔡先生辞任后，本公司另一名现任联席公司秘书周建章先生将继续留任，并担任本公司唯一的公司秘书。
于蔡先生辞任后，周建章先生获董事会委任为上市规则第 3.05条项下的本公司授权代表及香港法例第622章《公司条例》第16部项下的本公司授权代表，自2026年1月31日起生效。
