智通财经APP获悉，据港交所1月30日披露，台铃科技股份有限公司(简称：台铃科技)向港交所主板递交上市申请，中信证券、招商证券国际为其联席保荐人。招股书显示，台铃科技是一家倡导绿色、低碳和智能出行体验理念的领先电动轻型交通工具品牌。作为中国内地定义“长续航电动两轮车”的开创者，公司专注于这一战略市场地位，建立了涵盖电动自行车、电动摩托车及电动三轮车的全面产品组合。此外，公司亦提供电池，作为配件，与公司的车辆一同销售。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，按2024年收入计，台铃科技在全球电动轻型交通工具市场位列第三，市场份额约为5.2%。按2024年电动两轮车的收入计，公司在中国内地排名第三，市场份额约为12.7%。
