A total of 24,034 metric tonnes (MT) of products were sold during the Global Dairy Trade (GDT) auction held on Tuesday, with supply ranging from 22,714 to 28,866 MT, according to data from the trading platform.
The average selling price for whole milk powder was $3,614 per MT, anhydrous milk fat averaged $6,524 per MT, and mozzarella and butter averaged at $3,694 per MT and $5,773 per MT, respectively.
Additionally, cheddar prices averaged $4,772 per MT, lactose averaged $1,410 per MT, and skim milk powder and butter milk powder averaged at $2,874 per MT and $3,147 per MT, respectively.
