智通财经APP讯，电讯数码控股(06033)发布公告，有关于安保向Sun Asia集团租出物业，其中列明租赁物业的条款及条件，为期直至2026年3月31日。于2026年2月3日，安保与张公馆西餐就退租该退租物业(九龙观塘骏业街58号电讯数码大楼4楼)所签订的退租协议。根据退租协议的细则及条款，张公馆西餐同意于2026年2月15日，将退租物业退还并交吉予安保，租赁协议将会完全结束及终止，就租赁协议各方应相互各自解除其所有责任和义务。
张公馆西餐于当前经营环境下面临多种困难，并决定关闭业务及提议终止张公馆西餐与安保之间的租赁协议。退租协议的条款乃按公平磋商后始行订立，并属一般商业条款。董事(于退租协议中拥有重大权益及因利益冲突而放弃参与批准相关董事会决议案的董事张氏兄弟除外)，包括独立非执行董事，认为退租协议的条款乃公平合理，而退租协议属一般商业条款及于本集团日常业务过程中订立，并符合本公司及其股东的整体利益。
