智通财经APP讯，TE HEALTHCARE(06877)发布公告，预期本集团截至2025年12月31日止年度将取得股东应占综合亏损净额约710万港元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度则取得股东应占综合溢利净额约1130万港元。
于截至2025年12月31日止年度，本集团持续拓展保健业务，并实现企业对消费者(B2C)业务的增长。尽管如此，本集团整体盈利能力受到B2C销售渠道及数码营销活动扩张带来的行政及经营开支大幅增加的负面影响。于本年度，本集团亦因相关特定企业交易及持续诉讼事项产生较高的专业及法律费用。此外，预期本集团截至2025年12月31日止年度将取得其他收入约460万港元，较截至2024年12月31日止年度的其他收入约1630万港元减少约71%，乃由于外汇收益及利息相关收入水平下降。上述因素共同导致截至2025年12月31日止年度取得预期亏损。
