0929 GMT - Zhongji Innolight's revenue could continue to expand on growing optical transceiver demand, Nomura analysts say in a research note. Zhongji has guided for 2025 net profit to come in between 9.8 billion yuan-11.8 billion yuan, with the midpoint topping Nomura's expectations. The analysts think the company's leading position in the optical transceiver market should help it secure key components such as optical chips in a supply-constrained market. The accelerated rollout of its 1.6T transceiver and migration to silicon photonic technology to meet the demands of AI networks should underpin the company's sustainable sequential growth and margin expansion, they say.
