Marzetti (MZTI) said Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire Japanese barbecue sauce brand Bachan's for $400 million.
The transaction is expected to close before Marzetti's fiscal year end on June 30, the company said.
Marzetti said it plans to finance the acquisition with cash on hand and additional financing.
