Kairos 由 Jay Malavia（CEO）和 Zayd Alzein（CTO）联合创立，两人均曾在传统金融公司 Cboe Global Markets 任职，因注意到预测市场行业信息分散、体验割裂而创立该项目。其平台旨在整合头部预测市场 Kalshi 和 Polymarket 的行情与交易，提供快速、可定制的仪表板，并将相关新闻动态与交易数据同步展示。该公司计划在未来几周内启动私测版，目前团队仅两位联合创始人，预计在融资后启动招聘。
