路透2月3日 - 周二的一份交易所公告显示，中国工业自动化设备制造商无锡先导智能装备股份有限公司0470.HK300450.SZ计划通过赴香港上市，筹集最多42.9亿港元(约合5.49亿美元)资金，用于支持全球业务扩张。
公告称，募集资金将用于全球研发及销售服务网络的扩张，拓展产品组合、强化数字基础设施以及补充营运资金。
公告显示，这家深圳上市的公司计划发行9,360万股H股，最高发行价为每股45.8港元。按发行价区间上限计算，公司市值将达1,082.8亿港元。
最终定价将于2月10日公布，股票将于次日挂牌交易。
根据交易所文件，基石投资者包括橡树资本管理、保银资产管理有限公司及Aspex Master Fund。
