Bora Pharmaceuticals Co. (TPE:6472) unit Bora Pharmaceuticals Inc. agreed to acquire contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) operational assets in Maple Grove, Minnesota, U.S., for $18 million.
The assets will be purchased from related party Upsher-Smith Laboratories, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The transaction is a part of an internal operational restructuring within the group, the company said.
