Ugreen (SHE:301606) submitted an application proof for its secondary share offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, according to a Tuesday disclosure to the Shenzhen bourse.
The producer of chargers and other consumer technology devices plans to use the proceeds from its share offering for research and development, marketing, brand building, artificial intelligence integration, and working capital, according to documents submitted to the Hong Kong bourse Monday.
Shares of the company declined over 1% in morning trade Tuesday.
