智通财经APP讯，新华通讯频媒(00309)发布公告，公司与要求人士已于2026年2月3日达成协议，将向香港高等法院申请同意传票，以撤销原诉传票所启动的法律程序，并取消该传票实质论点的聆讯。
此外，自2026年2月3日起生效：林双先生及陈瑞庭先生已获委任为执行董事;袁家泰先生已获委任为非执行董事;及梅基本先生已获委任为独立非执行董事。
张建华先生已辞任执行董事及方敏女士已辞任非执行董事，自2026年2月3日起生效，以投入更多时间处理彼等的其他业务事务。
根据上述董事变更，自2026年2月3日起生效：袁先生及梅先生已获委任为公司审计委员会成员;林先生及梅先生已获委任为公司提名委员会成员;及林先生、陈先生及梅先生已获委任为公司薪酬委员会成员。
