Kingsmen Creatives' (SGX:5MZ) 71%-owned Malaysian subsidiary, Kingsmen Projects, received a winding-up petition from F&C Technology in the Malaysian High Court, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
F&C is claiming an amount of around 218,887 ringgit for work done, along with interest and costs.
The first hearing for the petition is scheduled for April 27.
Meanwhile, the company is currently seeking legal advice regarding the petition.
