中关村科技租赁（01601）发布公告，于2026年1月29日，公司作为买方与供应商（山东氢醇生态股份有限公司）及承租人（山东康沃控股有限公司）订立采购协议II，据此，公司向供应商购买租赁资产III，购买价款为人民币2835万元；及公司作为出租人与承租人订立融资租赁协议III，据此（其中包括），公司向承租人出租租赁资产III，租赁期为36个月，总租赁款项约为人民币2678万元。租赁资产III指甲醇发电机组。
