智通财经APP讯，中骏集团控股(01966)发布公告，2026年2月票据的条款项下已发生违约事件，故2026年2月票据已自2023年10月5日上午九时正起暂停买卖。
于本公告日期，2026年2月票据的未偿还本金额为3.5亿美元。诚如该等公告所述，本集团与其顾问就所有其持份者的利益，以确保本集团可持续经营，正努力寻求整体解决方案。鉴于本集团流动资金紧张，以及就整体解决方案与境外债权人的持续沟通，本公司预计上述2026年2月票据的本金连同应计未付利息于到期日时将仍然未能偿还及将不会结清。
由于2026年2月票据将于2026年2月4日到期，2026年2月票据将于到期后在联交所除牌。
