智通财经APP讯，嘉和生物(06998)发布公告，有关建议更改公司名称的特别决议案于股东特别大会上获股东批准后，开曼群岛公司注册处处长发出更改公司注册成立名称的证书，证明本公司的英文名称已由“Genor Biopharma Holdings Limited”更改为“Edding Genor Group Holdings Limited”，而本公司的双重外文的中文名称已由“嘉和生物药业(开曼)控股有限公司”更改为“亿腾嘉和医药集团有限公司”，均自2025年12月30日上午九时正(香港时间)起生效。
香港公司注册处处长已于2026年1月27日发出注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书，确认本公司新英文名称“Edding Genor Group Holdings Limited”及中文名称“亿腾嘉和医药集团有限公司”已分别根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部在香港注册登记。
董事会谨此宣布，为与本公司现有英文名称及双重外文中文名称保持一致，并更好反映合并完成后经扩大集团的业务及本公司与控股股东的间的关系，本公司股份于香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)主板进行买卖的英文股份简称将由“GENOR”更改为“EDDING GENOR”，中文股份简称则由“嘉和生物”更改为“亿腾嘉和”，自2026年2月6日起上午九时正起生效。本公司英文及中文名称仍分别为“Edding Genor Group Holdings Limited”及“亿腾嘉和医药集团有限公司”，且本公司联交所股份代号仍为“6998”。
