Singapore Paincare Unit to Lease Building Owned by CEO

Singapore Paincare (SGX:FRQ) subsidiary Singapore Paincare Center @ Novena entered into a tenancy agreement with Medbridge Marketing to lease the premises at the Novena Specialist Center in Singapore, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The estimated rental fees for the premises are around SG$547,200, with the lease period set for two years, commencing from Feb. 1.

Under the agreement, the subsidiary will occupy a floor area of 775 square feet. The rental payable is SG$22,800 per month, the filing said.

Medbirdge is 100% owned by the company's chief executive officer, Lee Mun Kam Bernard, who also has a 28.48% controlling interest in Singapore Paincare.
