　　瑞科生物-B（02179）发布公告，公司已于近期收到中国证监会就本次H股全流通向公司出具的日期为2026年1月13日的备案通知书。根据备案通知书，公司已就28名股东所持有的合计1.42亿股未上市股份转换为H股完成向中国证监会作出备案。备案通知书自2026年1月13日起12个月内有效。公司将向联交所申请批准相关H股上市及买卖。
