智通财经APP获悉，空气与水净化系统供应商Birchtech于周二调整了其首次公开募股(IPO)的拟议交易规模。该公司目前计划以每股3.67美元的价格发行540万股，以筹资2000万美元。该公司此前提交的文件显示，其计划以每股4.15美元的价格发行480万股。该公司计划在纽约证券交易所上市，股票代码为“BCHT”。
据悉，Birchtech提供专注于空气和水净化的特种活性炭技术，主要通过其专利SEA工艺为燃煤公用事业部门提供汞排放捕集解决方案，目前美国有16个发电机组在使用该技术。公司还凭借创新型吸附剂技术瞄准饮用水市场，旨在解决PFAS等永久性化学品问题，并得到位于宾夕法尼亚州和北达科他州的两个专门设计研发中心的支持。该公司认为，美国有相当大比例的燃煤发电厂正在侵犯其专利SEA工艺，并于2019年开始积极对多方提起专利诉讼。
