Distributable income inched up 0.3% to $23.5 million from $23.4 million a year ago.
Net property income zoomed 35% to $42.4 million from $31.4 million in the year-ago period.
Gross revenue soared 62% year over year to $87.3 million, backed by a 97% portfolio occupancy, new and renewed leases.
